Every interaction has been complicated. The tellers are rude and of zero help. They even make up new policies just to refuse service. AVOID

The Chase Bank located on Neville St. has the worst customer service. I've never been treated so poorly. If you dress like you have money they'll help you. Otherwise, they'll let you sit in the lobby for the entire day, completely ignoring you.

The tellers inside apparently hate their job and it shows. They shake their heads because they have to work. Send them home and let them shake their heads there. I've been a customer at that bank for 20 years.

I like Chase, but I hated this branch. Avoid Donna if at all possible. In all of my years of dealing with banks numerous times a week, she was by far the rudest teller I've dealt with. She was completely annoyed when I walk up, rolled her eyes, mumbled under breath and just made generally rude comments.

Drive thru has two lanes, usually only one teller. It's very inconvenient to take 20 minutes or more for one visit.
