I went to the chase bank on Robert C Byrd Drive in Beckley WVA. I tried to get help with my account. The customer Representative (Ms Wheeler) told me that she was going to lunch and Mr DelaRosa would help me. She left. Then he came out and told me he had appointments and I needed to come back in a hour and she would help me. I went back in 1 1/2 hours and she still was not back. So I left. Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a bank.Dr Michael

The bank itself is fine but the ATM in the drive-thru ALWAYS seems to be broken. You would think a company that raked in $123 billion last year would be able to keep an ATM up and running but apparently not.

Great bank I've never had any problems since I've started banking here, great staff especially Donny Gwinn he's always so nice and goes the extra mile to help his customers and is great at explaining everything you need to know about your accounts!

It is very unfortunate that your bank has opted not to answer your phone but to encourage all customers to phone the Chase Call Center. No longer personal, local banking service. I would not open a new account with Chase. By the way, the call center transferred my call to your local branch phone number only to get the same automated response.

The service is friendly enough, but I swear it is so d*** that you guy's dont answer your phone, why do you even have one? Answer your phones! That is what they are there for, so your customers can get in contact with you and dont have to drive across town to ask a question that takes 45 seconds to answer!
