Please train your staff and pharmacist that not every customer is a drug addict trying to get their fix and they should not be treated as such. I would much prefer my grandson not needing the prescription.

Absolute worst customer experience ever encountered. Extremely slow service cannot get insurances correct, and everything is an ordeal to have corrected with the right charges. Avoid this place at all costs and go to another CVS or different pharmacy. If could leave less than one star I would leave negative star rating. Have Used other locations and no problems, Harper Rd CVS is a mess.

I don’t know what pharmacy tech I got on the phone, but she was so rude. I called twice to get my pharmacy switched, both times she answered then immediately hung up the phone. She finally answered on the third call, and was so rude. She interrupted mid sentence to tell me to call the pharmacy I wanted to switch to and hung up the phone.

Love the employees really cannot stand their new self checkout it is ridiculous if I wanted to check myself out I would just use instacart and when you buy alcohol they have to come check you out anyway at the self checkout

Bought items CLEARLY marked as on sale and charged full price!!! Only noticed after arriving returning back to hotel so didn't bother returning but VERY annoyed!

I wish I could rate this place a ZERO. it’s terrible. half the employees are unfriendly as well as them never having mine nor my children’s medications in the system, even though the doctor has sent them over several times. It happens every time we go. defiantly changing pharmacies because this is ridiculous!

WHY DO THEY GET SO RUDE WHEN THEY HAVE TO DO THEIR JOB? Literally Rude af. Hung up on rude. Whoever answers the phone as "pharmacy tech" today just got extremely angry because I called to see if my telehealth prescriptions had been called in and like always, i had to ask them to check their voicemail because they will tell you they don't have anything when you were setting right there when your Dr called them in. Then, when they find out that I'm right, that they are on the voicemail, it really pisses them off and they will come back and tell you it's going to be a couple hours. Again I'm here waiting on prescriptions I waited 2 hours to come anyway.

I had to switch here when Rhonda's started doing just home medical. Its a night and day difference. Rhonda's was warm and welcoming. Here, I wait at least an hour from the time I see the doctor to call them and see if they have the prescriptions. They always tell me they don't so I have started telling them to check their voicemail and it's always there. But it's like they get mad that it's there, will always say "well, it's going to be a while." Like they are aggravated that it was there when they told you it wasn't and are going to make you wait another hour or so. Its at least a 2 hour ordeal every single time.

Stay away from this CVS the cashier brown hair is very unfriendly, unprofessional and will CALL YOU OUT if your mask is slightly below your nose.
