The store staff and pharmacy staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. The pharmacy does a great job at trying to fill that day if you've ran out of a medication and had to call it in. The store staff are always asking if I need help, and go the extra mile to help scan things I have questions about price wise on clearance items. I'm also greated with a hello and have a good day when I enter and leave. Grade A staff all around.

A big shout out to the gals. Med express was trying to get us out as fast as they could to make it to get our prescriptions. Daughter and I both have ear infections and are completely miserable. We got there right at 5:58 and they filled our prescriptions for us. I am so very very appreciative. It’s hard to take care of a sick toddler but even worse when you’re sick too. Thank you so much for being compassionate and getting these filled for us!

Mailed us a 35% off coupon on anything purchased, then refused to accept it at checkout in the store. Some enterprising lawyer may want to make some extra cash if this is repeated often.

Went in to make a simple transaction and there was NO ONE working… waited and waited. Not only did no one ever come, but I then called the store manager and no one answered and not even a voicemail. I had to leave and drive to another CVS.

I went into in store to purchase cough medicine. When I went to the counter to purchase both ladies looked straight at me, ignored me and refused to check me out. They only looked at the self checkout. Since the cough med requires your system will forced one of them to assist me. She only asked for my id or the wrong DOB then turned a walked away. If they spent as much effort looking at their pictures and talking to your customers this would have been a 10. I have never felt more disrespected. That was beyond unacceptable! It was deliberate. I only wish there was a manager present to speak to.

If I could give negative stars I would. They are always EXTREMELY slow and I don’t think one single employee actually has a personality or knows what customer service is. I have literally had employees be argumentative and rude. Sitting in the drive through for 30 minutes with a sick child. Get to the drive through and I swear Its like being waited on by a sloth. No sense of urgency what so ever. Use anybody but them.

Just be prepared to wait a very long time. It's gotten to the point, I'm looking for another pharmacy. Just today I've tried calling 3 times, never getting through to a person. 20 minutes each time. Been waiting on prescriptions for almost 6 hours and still not ready.

I went to this location on 06/20/2023 while in the area to process a New Jersey Child Support Payment. Chase Bailey, Shift Supervisor was on the telephone with a pharmacy customer when I entered the store. He was extremely patient and courteous in trying to assist what sounded like a frustrated and confused customer who appeared to not really understand how her prescription insurance worked. I waited patiently for him to finish the call... Chase genuinely smiled and greeted me in a warm fashion after a long and taxing telephone conversation. In short, he was very pleasant, professional and courteous. He was efficient and quickly got my CVS PayNearMe transaction processed. I had a great experience because of Chase Bailey!

I have COVID and came to drop off my prescriptions before the closing of business hours, and the pharmacist looked at me and said I'm not filling this we are GETTING READY TO CLOSE! I'M A MANAGER OF A RESTAURANT, IF I HAVE GUESTS COMING IN AT CLOSING TIME DO YOU THINK I'M TURNING THEM AWAY? ABSOLUTELY NOT! YOUR PHARMACISTS ARE RUDE AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THE COMMUNITY AT ALL!!

Don't look for a lot of customer service at this location, and be prepared for self check out. But they do have a lot of items to shop for your entire home.
