If I could not put a star at all, I would, but unfortunately I have to do at least one. Went to eat with my family and we got there around 9:30 and the drive thru was slammed, so we decided to go in since they don’t close till 10. We went to open the door and it was locked. 30 minutes before they closed, they even had a sign on the door saying they don’t close till 10 so there was no reason for them to have it locked.

Food was good, service good, clean dining room. Restroom has sign as out of order, though employees enter an come out of them. Don't restaurants have to offer restrooms as a condition of operating?

I can tell the workers are really trying and they are nice and courteous. For some reason they were unfortunately out of burgers and vanilla ice cream which are kinda DQ’s staples. The bathroom was also out of order which was a bummer as well.

I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. They were out of chili didn't even have toasted hot dog buns ordered a hamburger as well they got it wrong too. Beckley Harper Road Dairy queen is tge worst Dairy Queen I've ever eaten at. If I were you I would drive right on past this place.Food: 1/5

Had to update this for the last few times I’ve went. Always pretty busy. I always get a Strawberry Cheese quake with extra cheesecake bites. They rarely turn the cups upside down but I rarely get the extra cheesecake bites I pay for, the ice cream was kinda milky and has literally been unpleasant to eat for the last 3 times. I’m unfortunately done going here for a while.

We stopped here for a late lunch of chicken and Blizzards for each of us. Food and blizzards were good as was the service.

After we ordered we had to go back up to the counter because they just forgot to make are order after the finale made are order it was wrong and are banana split was made very bad and the bananas were bad.

Very friendly and efficient. We requested pecans on the strawberry sundae and they were happy to add them. My peanut butter milkshake was excellent.
