They may do fine with adults, but I would not bring your little ones here. I took my daughter in to get her nails painted because she loves it when we do them at home and they offer kid services on their webpage. We are the only ones in the store at the time. The lady who painted them did a very sloppy job, one hand barely has any glitter on it. When I asked if she was going to put more on, she ignored me and walked away. She later came back and set a fan up that was pointed right at my daughters face, and when my daughter would try to move her hair out of her face (because of the fan) the lady told her that she was going to be ugly if she kept moving. While we were waiting for her nails to dry, the lady was scrolling on her phone. I knew I was going to go straight home and take the polish off and redo it, so I said we were ready to leave. Their menu says a kids manicure is $8, she tells me it’s $10. I just want out so I just pay the $10. I handed her a $20 and she has someone else come up to give me cash back. I’m then handed a $5. I told her that she said the service was $10 so I need another $5. Then the new lady made a huge deal about looking all over the store for some change to give me, even asking the other male employee to look in his wallet for change. When she comes back, she hands me $7. I said “I thought the service was $10?” She asked “how old is your daughter?” “3”….. then hands me another $1. I guess it depends on who does your service as to what you are actually charged. Do not bring your little ones here.

I got my graduation nails done here, the design was perfect and exactly what I wanted. Wait time was long though (only reason why i put 4 stars) and the first guy was at dunkin’ donuts while i was waiting to get my nails done so she switched me lmao, I recommend Trixi shes the best one I’ve run into skill wise. Decently friendly service.

Ask for Manicure and Pedicure. She started using a file on my nails that's used for Acrylic nails, much to harsh for my natural nails. When I ask her to use a different file she got upset and walked away from me. Would definitely not recommend this place!She also filed half of one nail off and left it crooked and she was finished with it. Will never return!

I came in and sat for an 1 hour and then finally got called back by an employee but then waited another 10 minutes for them to come an work on me. Finally left and they were setting with a customer who came in after me.

Hands down best experience at a nail salon that I’ve had in a while! The folks there were so nice, friendly, and insanely talented! Great service and cost! Will definitely be going back for all of my nail needs!

I had an amazing experience today at Diamond Nails . Nail Tech Trixie is so awesome. She really took her time and paid attention to details of what I wanted and she rocked it ?❤️ I highly recommend this nail salon . I travel around the country and this is by far one of the best nail salons I’ve ever been to . Love my Mother’s Day nails ?

Need better communication, my sister sat in there for 40 mins before I got there and then we sat another 30 before they even sat us in the chair and we just sat there for about 10/15 minutes so we got up and left. The only thing said the entire time was to sit in the chair didn’t even fill it with water.
