The cashier named Kelly basically called me a liar when ringing me up bc she doesn’t know how to do her job properly. I had a 2 transaction purchase, 1 w/ SNAP & the other w/debit card, which was purchased together on the same receipt. After I scanned SNAP for the food items, it had said approved on the screen. She said u have to scan ur card again bc the receipt didn’t come out. So I Told her that it said approved & She said no, it didn’t & tried to go back & forth w/ me about it. I was like wow r u serious, ur basically saying I’m lying. Then I said well why did the total shown change, which was now for the non food items so apparently SNAP did go through like I said. This girl obviously Wasn’t paying attention to what she was doing, idk maybe the cigarettes that she was puffing on right before she got to the register clouded up her brain or something but I don’t appreciate spending all that money just to basically be treated like that, nt to mention not even a “hi” or “hello” or “ did ya find everything ok” after coming in from outside smoking.

I love shopping at Dollar general however it's an experience and it's like maneuvering a tactical field when you I have to Dodge the stock sitting all over the sales floor on carts other than that you find great deals

Anybody else feel like they're being lied to? Restroom is broken? For weeks? Do they really make their employees use buckets, or do they just want their customers to suffer while they shop?
