We recently rented from Enterprise in Harper Rd, Beckley to go on a road trip to Delaware with my family. Angie, the store manager helped us with the rental and she was one of the kindest people that my wife and I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She went out of her way to ensure we got the best car available, made sure we had everything we needed for the trip, and patiently explained all our options and pricing to us.The car was in amazing condition and drove like a dream. This Enterprise branch had stellar customer service and high quality vehicles. Needless to say they've turned my wife and I into loyal customers. I'll be going back to them in the future for all my car rental needs. I highly recommend them! Ask for Angie she's the best although everyone else we spoke to there was super nice too.

If you’re going to rent a car I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT RENT FROM ENTERPRISE THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY DONT VALUE THIER CUSTOMERS!!! I had a flat tire I couldn’t drive it so I called them to ask if someone could come put my donut on and the lady Angela who I continue to have issues with told me that it was my responsibility to fix the tire and get it to a tire shop now I have been renting with them since February I pay 400 dollars a WEEK!! and that was the only option she would give me I called the district manager and she said that she would call me back and send someone and she still has not returned my call and now I’m paying a 100 dollars to put a tire on this car that I’m paying 400 dollars a week to rent!!! This is the enterprise on Harper rd in beckley wv!!

They shouldn’t even get a star for trying to keep my money! I returned the car to their place of business on May 1st, 2023. Today is May 8th, 2023, I have called three times in these seven days. I still have yet to receive my money and every time I speak to someone they say “Oh it will be 24 to 48 hours before you receive your money back on your debit card”. I’m sick of this and you should not have to call about YOUR money. Anybody looking for doing business should not go here if you are wanting your deposit back!

Only one issue I have. We usually board our dogs before traveling. However, sometimes we will take them with us. We would like to be able to use Enterprise rather than a competitor but due to its policy of no pets, we are forced to go to a competitor.

Friendly service and nice vehicles. Prices have went up a lot since the Pandemic but that’s a reality we’re just stuck with. Our money isn’t worth as much from over-printing by our government.

Excellent staff. They do all they can to get you a car. It will be clean and reliable. Please be kind to them. It is not their fault when the customer before you chooses to keep the car longer or is late returning the car. I understand issues arise but NOT to everyone who rents a car. Please be kind and return on time. They need to clean the car before the next person is rented to. TY for listening and have a great day and safe travels. Beth

I've been renting cars from here for years and this was the first time they took the money out of my account for deposit off my credit card I was not very happy about this and they didn't care

The staff was friendly. They picked me up from the shop my car was being worked on at and dropped me back off at the end of the rental. I was supposed to have a car or small SUV that I ordered a week ahead of time. They only had a large van to give me, put me on a “priority list” as the first one to call to exchange the car. Never received a call to change out the car, I had the rental for a week. I was not charged for the upgrade though. The van had a empty Starbucks cup and some trash in the back. Not a awful experience but it could have been better.

UNBELIEVABLE. Dropped off my car that had a flat tire - they’re systems were down so I asked them to book me a car where my co-worked could drop me off. They took it upon themselves to book it 1. Over an hour away from where requested with no follow up until I called to find out myself. 2. Called the other enterprise to see if they would drop the car off since their motto is “we’ll pick you up” and the reservation is for tomorrow - so had I actually driven there I would’ve just been stuck anyway. Thanks for nothing. WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK AND DEAL WITH THE COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE OF BECKLEY, WV ENTERPRISE.

Amazing place to rent a vehicle. The staff was very helpful and got me in and out as quickly as possible while also being able to take care of any needs I had. Mariah was the person who took care of me and she was super fast and super helpful.
