I tried to return a package today but didn't have a label so I had to go to Walgreens and get the label and ship it to FedEx from there otherwise it's okay busier in the one-handed well digger though

Try and contact them iff you have a problem and literally everything is automated, it’s impossible to contact a live agent

if you’re disabled, do not go there, they will not help you .I’ve tried twice to return my fed ex package. I do not have a printer to print out my label. Therefore, they would not return my ppackage because I did not have a QR code. if you’re disabled, do not go there, they will not help you.

You can drop it off. However, you have to box it up and go online and do your own labels.

My son ordered a 5 tier cage,fed-ex said it was delivered ,never received and so far have not received a solution to the problem,it was a 155.00 dollar package and fed ex doesn't seem to care whether it received or not. very disappointed,, in the service we received

On site location, be aware they will charge you for everything- I picked up Two packages there - staff offered to carry the second one the twenty feet I needed, only to be charged a 50 dollar delivery fee.

Quick, easy process. The 2 ladies working in that particular Walgreens were extremely nice and helpful. This is at the corner of Harper rd. And Robert C. Byrd.
