I have recently had my truck towed two times by other companies with no complaints and glens towing was the third time and my front license plate was broke off laying in my seat and the grill under license plate was broke . Will not be calling them again .

Will and Tyler did great jobs moving my car. We were on vacation when my car wouldn’t start at a rest stop. Will got me, my wife, and son to my first location and settled into a hotel for the night. The next day, Tyler and I had a great conversation prior to towing my car to a dealership an hour away the next day. Kudos to two great guys!

I had a flat tire was able to have Glen’s tow my car with in 30 mins. Cheaper than other tow companies in Beckley, the guy that showed up was super friendly and made it simple and easy to get my car towed

Place is a joke. Didn't tell me they were booked up. Waisted 45 min waiting for a tow only to find out they were busy. Just tell people your busy and your 2hrs out. I'm on the side of the road.

Great company! Ran over a deer that a car in front of us hit between Princeton and Beckley on 77 North headed back home. Highway patrol sent these guys and they were there within 45 minutes! Gave me and my husband a ride back to the shop until our neighbors picked us up in their large seating area. Even offered to take us to a hotel if needed. I highly suggest them for all your towing and roadside needs!

had an issue where my truck wouldn't start and was needing towed to the dealership .. Driver Jesse was polite and courteous . He discovered a problem with the floor mat binding the gas pedal (which was a fail safe to prevent starting and engine damage I presume) .. removed the mat and my vehicle started right up. NO towed needed... great AAA service!

I had to get Jesse from Glenn's Towing to come and get my truck out of the ditch after getting run off of the Road by an inconsiderate driver who did not stop. Jesse showed up and showed a very professional work ethics and was really quick to get me back on the road again and was extremely knowledgeable and what he was doing. I highly recommend. Not only was Jesse a very professional driver but he had a huge rollback and very limited space to get by my truck which he managed to do without a problem. In the situation that I was in I would not have drove that roll back between my vehicle and the other side of the road but he was extremely professional and knew exactly what he was doing. My truck was bottomed out therefore I could not get the vehicle out on its own power. Thanks again Glen's Towing
