Second time in a row I've been there and no service. I totally understand that sometimes are busy...... But, I wait and waited and then finally a manager or someone nice walked up and told me she would get someone out here to help right away. I told her I understood that maybe she was in back working on frame or something but at least could once in awhile walk out to tell people something!!! I mean several people stood around and ended up walking away tired of waiting. And eventually I ended up doing the same thing, once again leaving with nothing!?!?
And what's worse I have a custom order something that's been there. I guess it'll end up going on the sale rack.

Very disappointed with my experience today at the Beckley Wv Hobby Lobby, I decided to buy a couple children’s bibles along with a couple other books. The sign on the shelf said 40% off marked price, I get to the register and it rings up almost $100. I asked if the books rang up 40% off and the cashier was very short with me said nothing was on sale that I bought. The sign was very misleading, there shouldn’t be a 40% off sign if the price marked is correct already. I’ll be purchasing elsewhere from now on where the signs aren’t misleading.

I always find what I need from the store. My complaint is the employees, two in particular, that are very rude. The past three times I've been there have charged me wrong I almost wonder if it's on purpose. And I don't know if the lady that I have a complaint with is the manager or not but she is very rude and ignores people. I will not be shopping there unless I have to.
