“Great staff. Great environment. Restful sleep. Definitely recommend.Nearby activities: New River, Bridge, coal museum, indoor golf, indoor rock climbing.Safety: The building is hidden behind the main traffic and the highway is not as noisy as you’d think. I have walked around the building. Better safety than most other hotels in the area.Food & drinks: Restaurants by the dozen, in the hotel area. Some activities, mostly in warm weather.”

“Been staying here for years, 50 nights/yr Very disappointed this morning 2/6/24 they have stopped hot breakfast will be looking for new hotel in a few weeks if they don't bring back the hot breakfast.”

“Kind people, helped us out we didn't have to have reservations, we broke down had to find a place to sleep. Then we was able to purchase the room for 3 nights, mind u every hotel around was packed, clean rooms, breakfast was on point.. highly recommended, they are also putting pool and hot tub, so go check it out if your around the area..”

“This hotel is wonderful; wonderful staff, wonderful breakfast bar, and wonderful rooms. The attention to detail my fiancé and I have received is impeccable. They are always on it with toiletries, towels, etc. We will absolutely be coming back here to visit the area, and this will always be the hotel we stay at. It’s surrounded by everything you may need and more, shopping and food wise, and adding on the wonderful hospitality of the hotel just makes Beckley a very pleasant place to be or pass through. If we could give more than a 5 star rating, we absolutely would. We travel for our jobs, all over the United States, and this is one of our favorite hotels and places we’ve been to yet.Rooms: Our room was spotless. Linens clean and not a lick of dust anywhere. It smelt very pleasant upon getting into our room, no bugs, not even so much as a crumb on the floor. Everything is in working order, and the furniture is beautiful.Nearby activities: You are quite literally in the middle of everything Beckley has to offer. A short 2 minute walk to food places, not just fast food, and a 7 minute drive to any store you may need for creature comforts.Safety: The staff are always here and always monitoring. They go above and beyond to make you feel safe and welcome. There’s locks and chains on every door, a door to the outside for the main building, and they just redid the steps to one said door on the outside.”
