Angry. No explanation of cost up front and charged $450 to file a basic return that would have cost no more than 60 elsewhere. This is without any extras! She offered me to pay another $40 to get protection if audited..on top of that cost! She was impatient and judgemental and my tax return was inaccurate, she just blew her mistakes off when I calmly brought it to her attention.. it was all in front of her in the folder she just didn't look. She also tried to tell me something I get credit for every year isn't applicable. Its literally marked on the page that it is applicable. I will never go back here. She missed a few important things. I'll have to amend this return.

I went in to complete my taxes early and see if I qualified for an advance from H&R Block. Big mistake at this location. I asked a simple question about the price of an LLC return and that's when the lady assisting me stopped and stated that I would have to file them jointly. My mother has worked for IRS Govt. before I was born 36 years ago. The agent Vicki refused to complete my return because I did not have the form from Cash app which is connected to my LLC. I am just going to go another route. I do not appreciate trying to be forced to do things I didn't ask for.

Fast friendly service from the woman preparing my taxes although I do feel like the one lady upfront could have been a little nicer, but the one with her made up for it.
