“My experience with Heather @ US Cellular at the Beckley Crossing was great! She helped me above and beyond what anyone was expected to do. As far as the phone selection goes and the activating of the new line of service was fast and easy.. However the part that took a good bit of the day was the porting of my number from AT&T. It wasn't her fault. It was the weekend and it takes a good bit depending on a couple things.. BUT the end result was great! I called her and let her know my number was ported over. As far as the coverage goes, it is SPECTACULAR! It is a GREAT alternative to AT&T. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THEY ROAM ON AT&T in Wyoming County, BUT THE PHONE SAID US CELLULAR WHILE I HAD SERVICE, so the coverage between areas and tower to tower was flawless. WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS.”
