Only two registers open and 25-30 minute wait to checkout!! Yes, several “self serve” registers were open but i don’t work for Kroger - I, ALONG WITH 20+ OTHER PEOPLE STOOD IN LINE TO SUPPORT THE EMPLOYEES WORKING THE TWO REGISTERS !! don't shop there unless you plan on working there for no pay. they don't have registers opened and the self serve doesn't work half the time

Great employees; always friendly and courteous. This is my Kroger store when I'm in the Beckley area. I hope after November 4, it continues to be so.
