Great people, professional quality customer service!!! The owner Rose and staff Lee and her mother,Mamaw. No appointments needed and you may have to wait, and the wait is worth it!!!!! I will never go anywhere else. Lee and Mamaw absolutely does the most relaxing, expertise pedi. Rose takes care of nails mostly but has so many qualifications for the prettiest nails! Very affordable prices! If you don't like this place....it's definitely your fault. They aim to please and give the best service!!
Thank you Rose, Lee and Mamaw for taking great care of me, my sister, my grandaughter and my friends for years!! ♥️💯

This review right here is absolutely the lies of all lies I've heard in a while.. I've been a customer here for going on 5 years. From the day I walked in this place till now, I've been treated no different. They are the most polite, compassionate, down to earth people you will ever meet in your life! And all about satisfying you 100%. So let me start with this place: they have never done appointments and haven't since the very day I started going. They will tell you upfront if you show up later in the day and they are full that if you'd like, instead of waiting around for a long period of time that you are more than welcome to come back the following day when they open so your wait time isn't long, and heck they don't have to be that generous they cld just make you wait for your turn, it's your option. Plus, let's make it clear it's not a fast food drive thru it's a nail salon, so you need to plan to have time to be there anyway.... anybody knows that. And beauty, such as getting your nails or feet done or whatever it is your getting done it's not a need it's a want, so whatever your spending getting it done don't go complaining later about prices..you definitely get what you pay for their and then some. Rose, Lee, and Mama go way beyond expectations to make sure you're looking good when you leave their! So yes, it makes me angry to see someone bad mouthing this place or them period!! I'm glad I wasn't there when you were there acting as rude as you were. You really must be a miserable person to think. Let me get on google and write a six page review. Trying to talk somebody down and make a place of business look horrible as you did. When in all reality the ones who read this as I did will clearly see there is more behind whatever reason for you doing so.. they are not the problem.. sometimes you need to take a step back and look in the mirror cse there is where the problem may lie. So this goes out to them, ignore the negativity and this kind of feedback. You guys are doing a wonderful job , just keep on doing as you are and your business will continue to grow. Sometimes there is nothing you can do to please ppl and unfortunately you have clearly ran across one of those. But you guys are the best, never forget that!!! ABSOLUTELY THE BEST OF THE BEST NAIL PLACE IN WEST VIRGINIA PERIOD!!!!

LA Nails is the best place in Beckley to get your nails done without a doubt!!! I have been going there for over 9 years now and I would not go any where else. The staff is always so friendly and so eager to please. They are funny and you not only get your nails done but you have a fun time!!!! If there is ever a problem they are eager to help and please. Rose and Lee are the hardest and most honest workers I know. The Best!!!

I would just like to post a review & shed some light on a earlier review which was completely negative and uncalled for. I have been a customer with LA nails for 10yrs+ & I have never ever had a bad experience. I wouldn’t dare go to anyone else! Lee & Rose are outstanding and exceptional & they provide the absolute best experience they really do go above and beyond for their customers. I have brought so many friends & family in to see them because I trust them & their work! it really does speak for itself. They are completely fair & have never created a toxic environment for their customers. They are like family to me & mine & so for anyone reading these reviews just look at how many great ones there are aside from the bad ones! I can assure anyone who wants to go visit LA nails that you will be welcomed & taken care of!

Rose is one of the sweetest humans I know, and she is a delight to sit with and truly puts her heart into your experience. I love how she is always willing to experiment with me, and we have the best time when I come in. I couldn’t imagine going to anyone else! I highly recommend. They always make you feel welcome, and I have never left without a smile on my face.
And when I had an event, she went above and beyond to make the experience special for me. I will never forget her support and how her art was a highlight of that weekend, as I was proud to carry her lovely energy with me.
Again, I adore Rose and her work. Please stop in if you’re looking for a welcoming place to go.

I love Rose,Lee& Momma they all from the very first time I went there to have my nails done. I had the acrylic nails put on & Rose took her time doing them. Lee is so funny & they all talk to you while they are working. Each time I go to have my nails filled Rose goes over & above to make me happy with my nails. I always tell people about my nails & the wonderful job they do. Lee & momma sure do their share of the work. If you want to go to get a manicure, pedicure or Nails done I recommend highly LA Nails.

I love going here every time. Very satisfied with all of have done... plus they are amazing ppl, make you feel like Your family!! It's the best nail salon I have ever been to by far!!! Their hard work never goes unnoticed. I'm always getting compliments on my nails , so for anyone who is looking for a nail place to go to hit em up, they do amazing work!!
