For those of you that count on reviews to make the right decision about a big purchase or a product you are interested in, let me tell you about a car salesperson representing the Lewis Nissan dealership in Beckley West Virginia, his name is Joe White, talk about ease of process and very professional, this man did not only showed me that he cares about the customer but he also was very friendly and hospitable not only did he go out of his way to make sure everything was ready for you when you got there but he was also willing to wait til you get there passed closing hours. We need more people in the service industry like Joe white, democrats need to learn from this man.

We have purchased 5 vehicles from Lewis Nissan over the past 7 years! Absolutely amazing staff! Justin is the best salesman, he is very professional, puts zero pressure on you to purchase a vehicle and ensures that your getting the best deal, even if the sale doesn't work out. We have always been treated with respect and will always use Lewis Nissan as our first choice dealership!

We purchased our Nissan couple days ago. The sales guy we had was Andy Hanrath. He was a great guy. Answered all our questions, helped us out with everything. Couldn't figure out the WIFI stuff on the car, and he helped with that too. He took extra time for us to help. I highly recommend Nissan and Andy! We had a great experience and love our new car!

Our salesman Brandon was very courteous and helpful. He guided us through the purchasing process and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and all the functions. Would definitely recommend and be a repeat customer. Deb in finance was friendly and very helpful as well.

Mechanics are great. Your service writer Lindsey is rude. Wouldn’t even call Ally Flex to get me a rental. I will not be back to your facility except to pick up the Nissan Rogue which is broke down also! I will travel to Princeton from now on. Done With Lewis Nissan! You should have treated me better. I have only purchased 6 vehicles from you, and the last one I had to! I will not be back to purchase another one

Shout out to Chad who helped us out with our EV Volkswagen car and charging it. We had extreme difficulty finding any place to charge it after we left Charleston West Virginia. He let us charge there and we were able to rent a car from him while it charged. We didn't have to rent anything... he just offered so we wouldn't have to sit there for a long time. It's a slow charge not a fast charge, but we are extremely grateful. He was very kind and helpful. We tried charging up the road at the Kia dealership and they were very rude and wouldn't help us. Go see Chad at Lewis Nissan... he'll treat you right. Thanks for everything.Grateful from Chicago.

So fat this dealership if by far the best one I have dealt with in many years. If they bring back the customer service that has been lost for many years and everything is done with a hand shake. and people you can trust to take care of you. I will always go back when I need another vehicle and it’s the only place I will go even if I have to pay a little more. It’s worth it.

My appointment was at 10 am. Upon arriving I was told the air conditioning and the recall job Would take around 3-3.5 hrs. At 5 pm that evening I was told my car was ready with no explanation as to why it took so long. I was not happy that I had to spend 7 hours waiting on my car when it should have taken 3.5 at the most according to the service department. This time was on top of the 2 hour drive to the dealership and the 2 hour drive back home. An 11 hour day total. ?

I've been to many dealerships and Lewis Nissan is by far the best I've ever seen! What is so very different about Lewis Nissan - everyone is a team member and works very hard to satisfy the customer. They get to know you, know what your needs are, and they treat you like family which is so uncommon in today's world. They're professional above and beyond, extremely knowledgeable, and very trustworthy. There is a dealership within 23 miles of my residence, however, I choose to drive 55 miles to purchase a vehicle from Lewis Nissan.

I made my first purchase at the Nissan dealership in Beckley, West Virginia,Joseph White was the salesman that assisted me. Joe was very respectful, knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. He was very courteous and patient with me. My experience was top notch. Things could not have gone any better. The service department was top notch in my recent visit. Parts can be defected but the service department made everything right. I will bring my original owner 15 year old Pathfinder back for all maintenance repairs. Thank you Lindsey, and those girls in rental for making this a positive experience

I'm very pleased with the work and the employees at Lewis Nissan. The only reason I would not recommend any Nissan to anyone is the fact that my Nissan only had 76,000 miles on it and the sub frame rusted so badly that a wheel nearly fell off. When I contacted Nissan's complaints department they gave me the illusion that they might cover the repairs due to the mileage. They requested copies of documents (which I sent) knowing they had no intention of doing anything because although it had less than their 84,000 mile requirement, it was over 9 years old. They wasted my time, gave me false hope, and left me having to pay over $6,000.00 to replace inferior parts that should not have rusted that badly in the first place.

Excellent family run dealership. They treat you like family, and do whatever they can to help. I had a problem with my jeep, they got me in immediately. This is not a jeep dealership and being from Kansas I have never had the pleasure of being a customer of theirs, but they took care of me like I was a lifetime customer. I cannot say enough how positive of an experience going here was for me. Unfortunately they diagnosed the vehicle and there was nothing they could do, it will still need to get to a Chrysler dealership. This is no fault of theirs at all and they didn’t even charge me for the diagnostics. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, anywhere at any time. If you come here you will not be disappointed, the level of customer service they provide is what all businesses should strive for. This is how it should be done! Thank you Lewis Nissan for a great experience!

Lewis Nissan Service department is amazing. I have had a better experience at Lewis Service than any other service department I had dealt with. They are the most friendly and helpful. The service manager really cares about his customers and their experience there. I'm getting ready to purchase another vehicle and because of the wonderful service department and service manager at Lewis Nissan and the great Nissan I already have I will be purchasing a new Nissan once again. I appreciate all they have done for me.
