Stopped here for gas on my way from Endless River Trail to Grandview Visitor Center in New River Gorge National Park on a Sunday afternoon. Very convenient location, right along the route. Able to fill up without any hassle. They have a clean restroom inside the store. Was also looking for some quick hot food but they didn't have any. Gas prices in my pictures are as of mid October 2025.

The little old red headed bitty running the register with glasses & a grey vest at night was super rude. I was having a hard time withdrawing money to my card to be able to get gas… she was not friendly at all. I called to let her know I’d be praying for her & she hung up on me. Not very customer service like at all. Really she should have offered an apology but no, she was just rude.

Monday I go to the gomart as I do every morning for snacks and a scratch card and the old guy behind the counter double clicks on my sandwich and my card you can hear it clear as day so when a ask for the receipt sure enough he double charged me . You would think working the register you would know the sound it makes when you scan the items like I do . Long story short the man tried to rip me off

Needs new Sunday morning employee.. looks like she rolled right out of bed didn't even bother to put a bra on!!! Get a decent employee.. aren't you supposed to wear a gomart shirt?? Not pajamas

I always go there for gas before work. Staff is always friendly. I think it is convenient even if I do drive all the way from home and past work just to get my gas. Great job guys, keep up the good work!
