Unreliable. I paid for my tires that were supposed to be ordered 3 days in advance of my service. Showed up to my appointment and they had never even ordered my tires. Out 500 dollars for tires and out 500 for missing overtime at work. Shouldn’t have to stand over employees to ensure that things get done.

This was the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had! Kevin is the absolute best, he over and over again just pulled amazing deals. Alex was a great salesman as well! Could not recomend more!

My brother in law had his Ford towed there on September 6 or 7. He was traveling from Ohio to North Carolina for a vacation. For a no start condition. The service department never looked at in 9 days. I have been in the automotive business for 20 plus years. In my opinion and experience this not a good. He tried multiple time to call them and they kept saying they have not had time to look at. “So in nine days you have not had time to look at.” Come on unbelievably. To me this dealership is a joke? I hope you treat your local customers with better service than you do people who are traveling on vacation.

What a great group of professionals! I live less than a mile from one of the larger car dealerships in a 200-300 mile radius, but I chose to drive an hour and a half to work with mountaineer ford and was worth the time. Highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from them as well.

Just great service. Lindsay and service and parts people saved our day with helping us procure parts and getting installed within hours as we were traveling cross country. Their parts and service department coordinated to meet our needs and their attitude and attention to our needs were outstanding

My dad's 2018 F150 sat at this dealerships for 7 weeks!!! Truck is under extended warranty and leaking oil bad! They wouldn't take it in the shop. Kept taking "quicker/easier" jobs infront of us. Never got service for 7 weeks! Stay away from here!! We even called Ford to file a complaint. Had to take truck to a dealership in KY.

Went through Brian Wheeler as a salesman. Brian is a family friend and he really did a good job getting us this car. This is the second purchase I’ve made with Mountaineer Ford and will definitely be a repeat customer in the future.

All businesses have room for emprovement..just my opinion interest rates are too high through they're choices. I think the customer should have say in who the financer is

Vehicle wasn't finished when it was supposed to be and when I picked it up it is now making a noise it wasn't before the repairs were done. Vehicle is 4 - 5 years old, out of warranty and the cost was outrageous.

We have owned Ford's for at least 40 years. Many bought right there. Mountaineer had our truck performing warranty work on the transmission. We took it in 4-5 times for the same problem. We were continually lied to about the progress that was being made, when it was actually being worked on, the Service Dept. is the post unprofessional group I have ever encountered. We will never buy another vehicle from them nor use their service department ever again. The Service Mgr. does not return calls.After FINALLY getting the truck back I have tried 3 times to speak with the General Manager. You can't even leave him a voice message. What has happened to customer service?

I got a good deal and the process went pretty smooth. I am dissatisfied that it took them over 20 days to pay off my trade which caused another payment to come out on a car that I hadn’t owned for a month.
