I was recently on a road trip from Ohio to Florida. My car had a cylinder misfire while climbing a hill on I-64. I was told I would have my best luck at a Mr. Tire down the road, called Mr. Tire, and they told me an hour and a half wait. I passed by Rightaway while looking for another autoshop. I asked if they took walk-ins, and Adam said he could get us checked out right away. He recognized the problem and said he would get the parts in right away. Thank you, Adam! Also paid a very reasonable price.

Awesome experience! I'm a commercial driver that broke down in the area. Despite having a couple of local jobs lined up, they got the problem diagnosed CORRECTLY in just a few minutes and were able to get a water pump on a diesel replaced in record time! They really know what they're doing and do great repair at a great price. Highly recommended!

My car sat there for three days broke down, kept being told it’ll be ready the next day and wasting my time, then when I was fed up and just wanted any news on my car the owner called me a liar and that they never made any promises. STEER CLEAR!!!Service: Brakes

Extremely rude!! Showed up 10 minutes early and my wife was told She had to leave my car there because they didn’t know how to use their scan computer, then when I came to pick her up found out the owner was late to work. They lied about it. He was rude and told me maybe I needed to go somewhere else if I didn’t want to cater to him!! So I left with my car!!!
