Kayleigh has been an absolute god send!! When I first came to her last year I was super nervous, it has been a while since I had been waxed and the anxiety of going to someone new was at an all time high but from the very first appointment, she made me feel comfortable, answered all questions not only with incredible professionalism but also shared knowledge and education with me as well as have had such good laughs since. I LOOOOVE Kayleigh!!! She's so professional and makes you feel comfortable the entire time you're receiving your services. She is patient with her clients when it comes to the actual services you're receiving, and if anything comes up and you need to reschedule or something. I am a loyal Brazilian client, and I will never go anywhere else for my waxes!

I got a spray tan a few weeks ago and I could not have been happier!! The owner is so professional and sweet! I’m not from the area so I just picked a place on a whim and I’m so glad I went to Pretty Permanent! Highly recommend!!
