No one knows what they’re doing or what you’re talking about. Half of the time, the staff is unaware of sales going on even after the company has sent out promotional material. No one can help you with your points, everything is call Sally’s customer support but then the customer support tells you it’s definitely the store. Which for once, I actually believe customer support. Most recently I was told by an employee “I don’t know what you want me to do about it”. Those responses over something as simple as proving they are selling a product at a completely different price than what the company is advertising, coupled with the lack of knowledge and honestly allowing the employees to come to a “beauty supply store” as if they just rolled out of bed. I’ve never had these issues with Sally’s until I moved to the West Virginia area, where unfortunately my closest stores are Princeton and Beckley. Both poorly managed and ran. The amount of difficulties I have every time I go In the store makes it pretty feasible to me to just shop at Ulta and pay more or use the online option which isn’t necessarily quick.

Candice was an absolute god send. She helped me find a good hair treatment and color remover. She was extremely kind and respectful and helped me pay for the products I was buying.

Just the tip ...If you want Better BusinessGet a better manager ....she rude to customers and has belittled employees in front of customers ...I will walk out if she is working ....I was returning something to get the right product and she huffed at me ....not once but twice ...I smile goes a long ways ☺ ? I feel for the employees ?

After the store went under new management a couple months ago, the store has gone downhil. It's supposed to be a new store and it looks just as old and dirty as the old one. The mananger and assistant have no idea what they're doing or talking about and can't even answer the most simple questions.The assistant mananger is one of the most rude and stuck up person I've ever met. I'll definitely stick to shopping online if that means I won't have to deal with them. They made it a very unpleasant experience. I love shopping at Sally's but to deal with them isn't worth it

The Assistant Manager, Rachel Rosario, is absolutely an amazing and dedicated employee, she helped me with everything I needed and explained in detail to me what I needed for my hair to be done the way I wanted it done. At the register she wrote down step by step what I needed and gave me full confidence on what I needed to do. Personally I think she needs to be the manager. Or at least another manager, with someone like her running the store it would absolutely thrive and help the business.
