Sam's Club gas pumps... Is it worth the wait? Not today! All lines were packed except for the one pump that had an out of order sign and another lane that had vehicles pulling in the wrong direction. So frustrating. I couldn't wait so had to go elsewhere.

I definitely do not recommend doing any online or pickup orders. When you order it it tells you you’re supposed to receive an email letting you know you’re order is ready. I had an order placed for pickup between 5-6. My husband went to get the order. No where on the app did it allow me to confirm I was at the store. He pulled into the designated pickup parking spot. The app instructed me that I should text the number to tell them I’ve arrived. There is no number listed on th

I understand that people are buying things like crazy. However, a family of 8 eats one package a chicken a night. I usually cook chicken four times a week. The limit of one pack of chicken at a time is ridiculous. I drive 20 mins one way to shop there and have never just bought one pack of chicken prior to Covid 19. I am not coming back daily for a pack of chicken! If you want to limit people’s exposure to the virus don’t limit food.

The tire department is terrible with customer service after the sale. I was lied to because of their lack of proper equipment and I was told I needed all new lug nuts on all four tires which would have cost $100 +., when actually the problem was they did not have the proper equipment to remove the lug nuts. This was when I took my car in for a free tire rotation with an appointment scheduled and apparently they did not have time to properly perform the service. On top of that, I was never told that it was because they didn't have the proper equipment to do the job. Instead, I was told I needed all new lug nuts. Took it somewhere else and there was nothing wrong with my lug nuts at all and the tire rotation was done. I would not recommend buying tires there! Horrible service after the sale!
