I travel a lot for work and use multiple Sam's in different states, including this one in Beckley. It may be policy to request a Sam's card at your door, but I'm sure it is not your policy to have an employee rudely request a card, state that customers should know each store's individual policy, and then impatiently stare while one is produced. I'm used to the usual West Virginia rudeness, which I'm sorry you know is prevalent, but overreaching, empowered self-appointed door police made this my last visit. Rotate your "Marge" into the dairy case or somewhere not directly dealing with the public.

Same usual stuff you find in other Sam's club. Wish they would build one in Lewisburg! Too far of a drive and hard on a car going up and down the mountain.

Used scan and go it's so much easier you don't have to stand in line... Just literally use the app Sam's club on whatever play store your phone has and download it then start using Scan your items pay by credit card or EBT and then you go to the door and they'll scan you out and you're good to go no standing in lines or anything and sometimes you can save money on the app got to look for the signs that say scan and go but yes amazing very useful..
