Heather was very warm & friendly, & patient. We were able to do everything online, which was so convenient for us, but still spoke with her several times on the phone. We won’t get my husband’s marker till September so we’ll have to wait and see how it’s installed but so far, I’m very pleased.

Pulled my mother’s headstone up without any notice. After three years. Went to visit her grave and it was gone. Very heartbreaking, especially during times when everyone is having trouble finding enough work to provide for their families. Absolutely devastating
