This place is horrible . That attitude of the employee was super unprofessional and unfriendly. They closed the bathrooms an hour before they closed. Google says they are 24hrs but they are not . They do not have posted hours for the store @shell please fix this problemThanksA concerned patron

I came in here couple times at this Shell in Beckley,WV.during my just recent move to the Myrtle Beach area of South Carolina.The staff at this Shell gas station was very friendly and helpful with directions.

Cashier was a total grump, no mask on, and charged me more for a coffee refill than if I'd just bought a large coffee. No apology or explanation when I asked about it. Very sour disposition. Coffee was horrible and the location was difficult to access.

I got lucky that that gas station got gas on Thursday, if you don't have cash money to buy gas you get no gas.

Stop here so I could use my shell rewards card because other gas stations were a bit high in pricing
