We have been having billing trouble and trying to get it corrected by customer noservice using chat and phone calls.The store manager called corporate and is getting the case transferred to him. The store manager has dealt with us for nearly 10 years and has always been helpful.

There is literally no service at my home for the past few months. Calls drip for no reason. Constant "you are not connected to a network errot". And customer service simply says to use "wi-fi". Don't go to t-mobile. It's the worst phone service I have ever had.

This is no reflection on this particular store or the employees but I just want everyone to know that T-Mobile service is the worst cell phone service I have ever had. I constantly have to restart my phone turn airplane mode on and off and this isn't just my line it is the other lines that we have as well. Since they changed from Sprint it has been terrible and their corporate customer service is pitiful. Just paid off my phones and will be switching to another carrier.
