This company is terrible! Had a vechicle financed thru them that payments were set up on direct withdrawl thru bank acct. We traded this vechicle 3 months ago but every month since then the company has automatically took that payment out of our bank acct. We have called them numerous times over this with one excuse after the other. Twice they have finally sent a check to refund payment. We have signed a stop payment form that They told us would fix problem. They just took another payment out again this month. We went to the bank to have them put a stop payment on this which cost us $36 for their mistake! I will be contacting the Better Businesses Bureau & Attn General over this!

I just don't understand the bad reviews. We have had nothing but kind people, prompt service and they are there when we need them. They have money, we need money, they lend money, we pay them back. I'm sure if you don't pay them back the customer service may get a little less than kind so pay your bills.

The mananger is rude and this bank steals from the Elderly.My Grandfather withdrew some money here and went to deposit into his checking when he was told that one of the bills, a 100, was a counterfit. he took it back, i drove him, and called ahead and they said they would fix the issue. Instead when we were at the counter the manager came up, took the counterfit and said theres no proof they gave us the counterfit and he couldve had it made. He had the receipt. They would not reimburse him his money.He is a disabled 70 yr old veteran, i had to teach him to make a call on his cell phone that morning. How on earth is he going to produce counterfit bills? Awful, awful management, service and people. Thats no way to treat a man like him. He will be switching to Navy Federal.

This bank can make a mistake on a loan and tell you its paid and your on time but your not. Even though they made the mistake your credit gets hurt and they wont fix it or make it right. This bank is a joke and you are just a dollar to them not people. What this world has come too but charma will always win in the end. Greed is one of the biggest sins!!!

Horrible manager customer service. Everyone else at the establishment is a pleasure to work with. melissa (the manager) is a blast to deal with if you love obnoxious and rude people with no respect.

My 88 year old aunt has had an acct here, practically forever, she had a leak at her house which resulted in a rise in her bill, she has auto pay, so before I was aware, her bill went thru a week early, almost $800, which is most of her monthly fixed income, the water company was so cooperative & reimbursed her almost $700, when the initial amount went thru, it had made 3 items get an overcharge by the bank, $96, I had asked the young teller if the charge could be waived, because under the circumstances, and out of our control, & with my aunt being a loyal customer for as long as she had been there, & MOST REPUTABLE BANKS usually have no problem waiving the fee,THE YOUNG TELLER DID NOT HESITATE & QUICKLY TOLD ME "NO", I told the teller it's such a shame the bank takes advantage of the elderly, **the charge had gone thru on Friday, I found out about the bill on Sunday when I was able to get my aunts mail, I promptly called the bank Monday morning when they opened to let them know what was going on, so over the weekend, the bank made a fast $96 off my aunt, due to a terrible mistake, proving my point, elderly taken advantage of **
