nothing wrong with the store but every time i have went and paid with cash the same woman who i believe is a manager counts my pockets every time I visit. This time she had the audacity to ask my mother if we robbed a bank. I am a business owner, and my husband owns the restaurant across the street. The first time I paid with cash she made us uncomfortable and she continues to every time she checks us out. Not sure why it upsets her or makes her think she needs to say something about the amount of cash on my personal but it makes me not want to shop here anymore. I love the store, and I love to spend my money here but if i’m going to be looked at this way when I cash out, while supporting your business I will take my money else where.

The young lady named Ashley( redhead) was so helpful and kind to my elderly mother while she was trying clothes on in the dressing rooms last week. Thank you again for your exceptional customer service. Ashley went above and beyond to help my mother.

Love shopping here. My go to spot. Just want to mention there was a lady (tall, thin, short hair, seemed like she was in charge. She was checking me out and I witnessed interactions between her and coworkers that were innapropriate. From my side it looked like a employee came to desk and asked where she could be of service and this manager told her I need you to check people out, and made a rude comment from an innocent sounding question. I cant remember exact thing but it was blatently rude, the girl didn't respond back ugly and went to work. It made the manager look bad. Behind scenes who knows why she is irritated with that worker but still I felt sorry and knew that although TJ Maxx is a great place to shop I'd never want to work in that toxic environment. Rude hateful people should not be managers!

TJMaxx always has a variety of items, great for grabbing a unique gift. Although they did not have what I was shopping for(a 100%cotton f/q blanket), I did get a nice candle. They had a great selection of summer decor items

Went to by sugar free coffee supplies , thet5were sold out at the time. Lady said trucks arrive every day. Choices change frequently
