Went in today because Verizon said they would return my phone. After walking in the door immediately someone helped me. I told him what I wanted showed him the QR code gave him the phone. He rang it up, gave me my receipt, and I was out in two minutes. Wish every errand we have to run is as smooth as that one thank you, Beckley UPS

There's a reason the ratings are so high. I've never had a problem or slow down. If I am prepared, I'm in and out in under a minute most times. Friendly staff too, in my experience.

The young lady was very welcoming. I was sending my niece and nephew some Halloween goodies back home and I wanted to be sure they were packaged safe and she assured me that they would be. I'll be sending my packages from UPS from here on out.

I had ordered invitations and Savanah was so helpful! I had emailed her questions, regarding price, details, etc and she was very patient/helpful in everything! She kept me informed of the process and even offered suggestions- which I followed her advice and therefore I am very pleased! They turned out great!
