I was picking up an ADA unit. The employees were friendly. I didnt get the names of the two guys that helped me get loaded but they were awesome. I pick up at ups centers all over and this was by far the best

Missing package. Driver said it was loaded on the wrong truck. Showed delivery for 9/19 no delivery. Though it was scanned in the area on 9/16 with no further activity. Driver and loaders involved need to be terminated because of this failure.

what a waste of money, I could drive across country faster than I can get delivery from UPS. Driverr will put a cant deliver sticker beside my business hours and then not bring my package for days and now they want to charge to hold so I can pick up.
