It took 3 hours but when we left with 4 new phones and an unbelievable plan, we were excited and completely satisfied. Aaron answered all our questions, added all our accessories to our phones and laughed at our ridiculous jokes. Thank you, Aaron, for all your help.

Michael was awesome and made things easy. There wasn't a bunch of things thrown at me or anything. I told him I wanted a new phone, he showed me the selections and deals, transferred my things, put my case, screen and camera protectors on and I left. Him and Chris were cool and down to earth, it was an easy and painless experience.

Love the service for the area I live in. Verizon has made GREAT leaps in providing services in WV. The Verizon store I went to in Beckley has 2 Awesome employees and they both done Great! I brought them a really hard problem and one was in training and the other was seasoned and trying to teach his co-worker. I appreciate and applause them both. I seen them both working very hard and tried to treat everyone respectful.
