Verizon, Beckley. Very good service. No waiting. Helped me into a new phone with no hassles. Michael helped me first, they didn't have the phone I wanted in stock that day. But he ordered it and set me up with needed accessories. Aaron closed the deal when the phone arrived, just 2 days. He set everything up with it. No fuss, no waiting.

Top marks. All staff were helping each person in the store individually and personally. Pauline was very helpful with setting up my service and was able to multitask and help other customers while my iPad updated. I overheard one of the salespeople helping to train an elderly gentleman on the use of his new phone. Very impressed with the service in this store.

Joseph T. was a GREAT help to get me back in business after I lost my phone, but the subsequent company texts that came from Victra where he is employed are a PITA!! No fault of Joe’s though. This was the first time I had been at a store, buying a new phone where it didn’t take three hours. Joe had me out the door in a very reasonable time.

I actually haven't had that much fun in any store before. Everyone was very friendly very helpful. Pauline helped me learn my new phone and earbuds. She had everything set up for me so all put together with everything I asked for,, so I didn't have to do anything but have fun with my new phone and accessories!! Everyone was so helpful it actually made me was to buy more accessories!!!! Thank you to Pauline and the rest of the staff for making my visit a great one!!!

Michael was very helpful and patient with this dirty ole hippie! Helped me get everything set up and working properly, quickly I might add! Would’ve taken me weeks to figure it all out. Truly a blessing when I needed one!!!I had to come back on here because while Michael was great and I want to be clear, I do not feel like he tried to mislead me in any way. I believe that he believed that what he explained to me was going to happen, was the way he was told/ trained on how it was supposed to work. So I do not blame him at all. There is obviously just some sort of training opportunity here.That said, I can't call your number and get the phone to ring at your actual location. You are a PHONE company who set up and services my PHONE I can't call CALL and get a PHONE line to ring at your physical location- you heard that right, correct?!?!?!I tried and tried and no matter which of the 3 options it offers, none of the 3 will ring to your location!!! I've just spent over an hour texting with Verizon customer service, who I had to ask multiple times to leave me alone, and stop messaging me to the point of where I feel like I was harassed. After multiple times of me asking them to stop messaging me, trying to end the conversation, saying "please stop messaging me...you're just making it worse". If you can't put me through or give me a number that will actually get me to the physical store location, I don't want your help. I will have to drive there after work in order to speak to someone at that location (which again, just seems insane to me in the year 2023). And then eventually, I literally had to type "Leave me the 'f' alone!!!!!!" before they finally stopped. I have NEVER!!!! Straight up livid! You need to speak to this customer service representative and do some additional training.And don't even get me started on why I am trying to speak to Michael in the first place...when my mama told me don't believe in things that are too good to be true, I should've listened! I already had the Disney Bundle when I signed up for Verizon's service/ phone, which I paid $21 a month for. Michael told me that I could add that same bundle onto my Verizon account and it would only cost me $10. And that I didn't even have to do anything, that it would automatically switch over....What? No way, that's amazing!!! Right? - WRONG! (and he did say tho that if you have any troubles with that to give him a call...well Michael, wish I could buddy)- so if you're thinking that's too good to be true, well you'd be right! I was billed for my "old" package thru Disney and my new package thru Verizon both, so double billed, something that was supposed to only cost me $10 last month has now cost me $31...called customer service at Disney last week when I saw I was billed for both. I tried calling your location first but oh yea, that's right -your phone number doesn't ring at your location and there is no way to leave a message or anything to try and get a hold of you. So I had to cancel my "old" package with Disney. Once I did that, then had to set up new passwords for the Verizon bundle...and guess what? Their bundle is NOT the same bundle - my "old" package was NO ADS on Disney/ Hulu/ ESPN and now on my new package, yup, you guessed it -my Hulu has ads.Ads may not be a big deal to some people but they are to me.I had cancer last year, I do not have the time to be wasting the time I have left watching ads.
