  For one, automated system sucks. For two, why mark a package as delivered when you haven't even been by my house. For 3, stop leaving my packages out in the rain without a bag over them and four, if a door says use other door why leave a package there I don't use that door at all.

  They never leave my packages at my house, even with me there- have on security camera them not even attempting to deliver my packages and just leaving a slip saying they did.

  You can not reach the post office it self because of the stupid 800 number. And the automated recording service sucks big time. It doesn't give you any help at all
