Items ordered were not delivered on time had to drive hour away after being at drop off point All day day before when they called and said they would deliver After phone call when not delivered they said they forgot to put it on truck for delivery needs better communication or new shipping supervisor at location very unimpressed with their service and communication skill

Order picked up in PA by Pitt Ohio and they placed my pallet on another carrier's trailer for some reason and they can't tell me when and if I will get my order. I am telling my supplier to NEVER use Pitt Ohio again!

Pitt Ohio has delivered to my business many times. The last several deliveries the drivers have refused to deliver to my business. That leaves me to close my business and meet the delivery truck at another location. I have to hand load my truck and make several trips to get all my products back to my business. This means that my business is closed for over 2 hours. They do not even deserve the 1 star.
