“I love my kia. But I do feel like I could've gotten a better deal if I would've waited or sold my car on its own instead of a trade in. Other than that, the staff was very friendly, and knowledgeable. I have tried reaching out to see how I can use the automatic start button on my kia but have not gotten a response yet. That was 3 weeks ago that I emailed them.I do wish they would've been honest with me about how many times they had to run my credit. They knew I was conscious about it and didn't want it ran consecutive, yet they did not tell me it was going to be ran 4 different times from 4 different lenders. I would've gone to another place if I knew that only because I know my credit is decent & I know car lots that do not do that. I also know car lots that do not run your credit unless you are buying that car, straub, and other kia dealers.All in all, I rated it 4 stars because I absolutely love my kia. I love the options for the warranties that come with it, and I appreciated the salesman (josh) whom stayed several hours after he should've been home with his family to close this deal and also helped me learn about what buttons are what. He was extremely helpful and such a awesome sales agent.”

“I have been using this AutoZone location for about 3 years, they have consistently displayed extreme professionalism and upheld the utmost in customer service. I was helped today by Tristan and he took the time to make sure what I purchased was the right part and that I had everything I needed to do the job. This was after he stepped out in the cold wind to run my engine diagnostic.While we were doing my transaction another lady came in and asked where she could find something. A younger employee told her where she could find it and without missing a beat Amanda stepped in and let the employee know not only tell the customer where the product was but take her and show her. It was just an example of the reason why the store runs the way it does. Amanda did this very discretely without any embarrassment to the employee,it was just something I happened to notice.Very nicely ran store and will continue to get my business”

They took my old one out and put the new one in. They had a bit of trouble getting the old one out (my cars fault, not theirs) but they were so kind and got it done very quick. Don’t really know, but I hear they’ve been unionizing and more effectively organizing their automotive mischief. Anyway, Straub Collision was phenomenal. “Shopping was great no overage on msrp, called market adjustment. I believeThe salesmen need a little more info on EV, such as didn’t know that power adapter for car was included I think it’s called L2V, also it comes with 1000 free charging hours with Electify America. Disappointed that for the price of the car no way to charge unless you have a charging system in your garage with a plug in. They could of included a 110 power plug, so expect to pay between 1200 to 1500 for a level two install”
