I love my kia. But I do feel like I could've gotten a better deal if I would've waited or sold my car on its own instead of a trade in. Other than that, the staff was very friendly, and knowledgeable. I have tried reaching out to see how I can use the automatic start button on my kia but have not gotten a response yet. That was 3 weeks ago that I emailed them.I do wish they would've been honest with me about how many times they had to run my credit. They knew I was conscious about it and didn't want it ran consecutive, yet they did not tell me it was going to be ran 4 different times from 4 different lenders. I would've gone to another place if I knew that only because I know my credit is decent & I know car lots that do not do that. I also know car lots that do not run your credit unless you are buying that car, straub, and other kia dealers.All in all, I rated it 4 stars because I absolutely love my kia. I love the options for the warranties that come with it, and I appreciated the salesman (josh) whom stayed several hours after he should've been home with his family to close this deal and also helped me learn about what buttons are what. He was extremely helpful and such a awesome sales agent.

Purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership in 3 1/2 yrs . I brought a k-5 in for an issue with the turbo (leaking oil) mechanic said it shouldn't do that and it's covered under warranty. They changed the turbo, two months later it is leaking again, now the service manager said its normal.Which is it, lolYour dealership took money from Kia to fix something that you just said was "normal"The service manager is either incompetent or just stealing money from "KIA"I just filed a complaint with "KIA" , maybe someone will be forced to explain themselves. ?

THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS FIRST RATE. THEY FIXED A COMPLICATED ISSUE I HAD BEEN DEALING WITH FOR QUITE SOME TIME. PAUL WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH AND HIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT DELIVERED ON HIS COMMITMENTS.

I will be back for my next car. Rarely do you find a dealership with genuinely happy content employees. They took their time with not only me, but the other customers I saw come in. Staff seemed pleased to spend time answering questions and pointing out features. If the interaction resulted in a sale even better, if not, that's ok too. It was the time of experience you really only have when the staff would prefer a sale, but not overly distressed if it didn't. You simply do not find this type of open pleasant conversation at car dealerships any longer. As I said, I will be back again.

My parents bought the car from here brand new in 2016 and I took over payments. I take my car here for the usual maintenance reasons, so when my car was fine on the way to work and then I take a delivery and it’s uncontrollably shaking, I gave them a call. I requested Service. They paged them 3 times and then took my name, number and reason for calling. They told me someone would get back to me. 4 hours later, still waiting on a call, I call again. I am told Sevice closes in 30 minutes, can they get my name number and reason for calling. I explain that I left it 4 hours ago and one one got a hold of me yet, then left it all again. The next day, I’m waiting ALL DAY and still no call. So when my parents got home from work, they let me borrow their truck so I could go to work and they took my car to AutoZone. I needed Spark plugs and a coil pack. My car was fixed within an hour. I am still haven’t received a simple PHONE CALL. Apparently it’s not very important to them to reply.

I recently made various attempts at getting a car off the lot with a score around 580. This company has lied to me several times. They kept changing the down payment from 1.5k, to 3k, with 3k ultimately being the down payment that was to guarantee me a car. After dealing with them for almost a month, I was lied to by Josh, their sales manager, as well as Holly. Please don't go to this place, unless you have a score of at least 680. This company likes to lie to you and give you false hope.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Their customer service is terrible, the don't fix your car problems but will still charge you. Their cars are lemons. Do not buy.

Don’t go here I don’t care about price or getting approved. They say they can get anyone approved true tanking your credit with 17 applications and without asking any questions first. They don’t care about you they want you in and out as fast as possible. They don’t wanna hear what you can pay each month they run your credit step one then they throw any car under the sun at you once again not caring about any type of payment options for you. Go to Matt jones you actually feel like family.
