Jennifer is awesome! Today Jennifer called me to let me know about a charge on my account and took care of it before I could even get to a bank. It's people like Jennifer that keep customers. She opened my account in 2006 and is still there 8 years later. I was looking to switch banks this morning and now I'm not.
