James is the man! We’re not from the area and had an issue with the brakes. He was extremely honest and the price was very reasonable. We were staying at an Airbnb a few minutes away, and he dropped us off and picked us up when the car was ready.

We live an hour away and our alternator died in Berkeley Springs. Luckily we found this shop. James got it fixed the same day! Honest pricing and great service.
