I spoke with Michelle on the phone. We got along great! She was extremely helpful and accommodating. In fact she bent over backwards to help me get what I needed. I’m very grateful for her and the rest of the staff at the office. They are friendly, warm and inviting. I went into the office about a week later, and with a few jogs to her memory, Michelle knew exactly who I was which was amazing considering how many people they talk to every day.

I didn't go there, I called and the first agent was good, but I had to renew and the first 3 member service agents put me on hold for 10 minutes each. I got disconnected all 3 times, but the 4th was superb. Very courteius,personable, and professional.
