I didn't go there, I called and the first agent was good, but I had to renew and the first 3 member service agents put me on hold for 10 minutes each. I got disconnected all 3 times, but the 4th was superb. Very courteius,personable, and professional.

I used to be a member of AAA but now my car insurance covers towing, road service calls etc. I wish I could travel with them. I think the reason I was there was to sign up to take a point reduction class that they offer. I knocked three points off my driver's license! I have a lead foot, and even after I set my cruise control I will find myself giving it more gas!

If you don't Know the extension#to talk to the person you talked to previously (in person)or that person's last name your screwed! Because there is no real person to pick-up the phone!I suppose if I hadn't forgotten her card at home it would be different.Not A USER FRIENDLY SYSTEM!
