I dealt with a very professional and efficient employee tonight; her name is Allison Crist. She was the only one working and people just came pouring in.She kept her composure, was gracious to the customers, and was able to compartmentalize each customer’s needs. Not once, did I see her get flustered by such an influx of customers.I haven’t seen an employee like her in years. I don’t know if you compensate your employees for a job well done. All I know is this girl deserves high honors!

The efficiency of the store and employees are top notch. Amber, did amazing at switching our service with full explanation of the devices. She was polite and extremely knowledgeable of the products. I highly recommend consumers to visit this store for their Cellular needs.

Taylor the sales Rep & Amber the stores manager is completely terrible. Not only was they extremely rude to me but they never cared for the issue that I had. They ignored me, kept me on hold and wouldn't even give me the names of who's in charge? What kind of company is this? I will be contacting the higher ups. NOBODY GO HERE!

I know it was not completely the manager's fault but the way business has to be handled when someone has an account with a provider & passes away & when visiting the store where service was purchased they couldn't completely handle the issues. We still have to call customer service to complete the process which in my opinion shouldn't have to happen. The store can quickly take money for service but can't completely close an account when a death occurs.

I recently upgraded my iphone and had a much better experience then last time. The new manager is amazing and really helpful. A big change from previous.

Patrick (manager) is the rudest representative of any establishment I've ever been to. He messed up my sim card and would not fix it. I left the store with absolutely NO service to my phone. Patrick told me he couldn't fix the situation, told me I was just beating 2 rocks together, and told me I'd have to buy a new phone. He then told me to look through his trashcan for my old sim card. Horrible experience. If I could give negative stars I would.

Felt rushed the whole time we were in the store and was given very little information about our future bills or plan. Plus none of the phones we wanted were in stock with a month and a half delivery time.

Was a lot easier this time at store to buy phone and get data transferred. A much nicer bunch of associates. The young woman who helped me was super nice. The last time I bought phone a iPhone 12 I was there for around four hrs was terrible with rude associates. Took about 45 min to complete this time when I bought my IPhone 14. This store being managed much better now. Big thanks to all of them.
