My mom has this company.wreck happened earlier today cut her heat off & no one told her.called the company they came back & said it couldn't be fixed till Monday the line was damaged!! No one told her & don't they have emergency service for things like this? She was also told there would be $120 charge an hour for something that was not her fault! The one who had the accident she be held accountable not her!!!

I am not a fan of gas as a heating source. They advertise as cheaper than other heating options but ive done the numbers and this is double what my electric bill was. I miss central air. If you build new in the area be sure to put in central air.

You can't talk to anyone face to face. They kept my deposit. When we made our deposit to have our gas turned on 6 years ago, they informed me I had to request my deposit back after a year had passed. I had forgotten about it until recently. I went to the service center, which you can not enter. When I called, the girl said we don't do that anymore. She said it should have been applied to my bill. It was not. I have all the past bills, and I never received a credit. She said they had to send my case to a supervisor. That was a month ago. Use propane instead of this company, if you can.

Must Say... Are they so scared of the public.?? here.... WAS TOLD.. They are NO longer open to the public?? Doors Locked and CLOSED to ALL.. No one Is allowed to enter the building at anytime to either to pay our bill.. Not even discuss our bill's.... NO COMMUNITY INTERACTION andTHEIR LACK OF ANY REPORE WITH THIS COMMUNITY... TOTALSHAME.. MAKES THE COMPANY LOOK/ACTING SHADY... JUST WOW...WHAT A SHAME...Just Saying....

It’s shame that they don’t care enough to get off their a$$ and turn ppls gas on. It’s winter time and they act like they are so busy they can’t drive a few miles and turn the gas on. People have kids to keep warm

I suppose I was there to drop off my bill and payment after hours. They do have a slot that you can put your paperwork in.

It seems like you bother them even if you are there to pay. They need to update this place. Let us sign up and pay on line. This place is a hassle. Even if you own places and have had gas for Years with them and you move, you still have to go thru their same process.

A headache to deal with on billing. No option on their site to pay online. Checks don't clear for weeks. I've had two mailed payment checks "lost" in the past year. It might be three if the latest one, made nearly a month ago, doesn't clear soon. Actual statements are confusing as well, especially if you're on the budget plan. Their switch to a new billing system last year was a fiasco and they had to roll back to the old system. They literally had spiral bound notebooks laying around with customer data they were having to re-enter. Their website sucks. The only contact form is to order service. Good luck finding a real person's contact info to complain to. Their managers and executives seem to be faceless entities.
