“I had two chips repaired in my windshield by Ted who did an excellent job. However, as he had warned me could happen, my windshield developed an additional crack which spread quickly. I called customer service to let them know and they immediately scheduled an appointment to have the windshield replaced, giving me credit for amount I had already paid. Anthony came to my home the following week. He was very friendly and did an excellent job replacing my windshield. So far, so good! Hopefully no more cracks. But, if so, I would not hesitate to call Safelite. Excellent company. Excellent service.”
