When I purchased by Kia the dealership used the wrong social security number and I had driven the car over a month before the bank caught it. I feel that was to get the loan to go through. Now going forward I’ve had nothing but trouble out of the car. The front rotors have been replaced and “turned” three times. The back rotors and brakes are bad now. The engine light has been once twice. The first time I broke down three hours from home. I called KIA road side they wanted almost $700 to tow me. So I had to call my insurance for help. The extended warranty fixed one problem but I had to pay for a new oil change and the other things the Job required. So the extended warranty really wasn’t worth it. For the amount that was added to my purchase price. Now my engine light is on again just two months later. So due to the holidays and trying to finically recover from the last repairs and being out of work while the repairs were being made I can’t get my car fixed. So it’s been sitting for almost two weeks. Which again I’ve been out of work due to not having a working car. One of the technicians told me Kia isn’t made for the back country roads they are made for interstate driving. This is why my car can’t keep rotors on the front and back. I personally hardly ever drive on an interstate. Also the service department wait is very excessive at the dealership in Charleston which is closest to me. The wait is 4-6 weeks as their standard. But again I was told if KIA corporate wanted to get me and appointment they “save” appointments for them. But when my car was almost out of warranty they told me “just don’t drive it” well that isn’t an option for me. I have to work. So I called Cole Kia to try to get in sooner. They got me in but would not work on the problem under warranty because another KIA dealership had previously worked on it. So after driving the Cole and Back home and then another 60 miles to the previous dealership I went over my miles by less than 500 miles. KIA goodwill was contacted and they would not help me. So now I have a 2023 Sportage sitting in my driveway broke down and I can’t work. My service time is February 1st. So another month of being out of work plus the time it will take to repair my car. And also the extended warranty has conditions such as if you work a side hustle such as Uber. The warranty is void. This is something no one told me before I purchased the warranty. I explained to the salesman I was buying the car to work a job I’ll be putting lots of Miles on the car pretty quickly. Luckily it was a merchandising job and not Uber. I will never buy a KIA again and I will not let any friends or family buy one. Absolute nightmare!!

I am handicapped and slammed my face in a bad fall Christmas Eve. I asked the service writer if he would walk me in to the waiting area. He was so nice and when they finished with my car he took my debit card and went to the service window and brought me back the papers to sign and walked me back to my car. I told him he did not want me to fall there and he agreed. The mechanic that worked on my car was also very nice.

Jaser and the entire team did an AMAZING job finding us the perfect ride! They took their time and worked with us to find something we were satisfied with vehicle and payment wise. This is our second time buying from them in the last 5 months and we will continue going back!

The best experience I have had in awhile with a dealership! My sales guy Russell Juba was awesome. Finance team did a great job of getting me out of my upside down debt. Want a great experience go see them. I will definitely buy from them again.

Traveling between Pittsburgh and South Carolina, on my way back I experienced fuel issues. I made it to Cole Kia and they took care of man. They ordered and replaced my fuel pump. Thanks Nick and the guys

After waiting several weeks to pick up my car there were scuffs on the bumper and a small place where the paint was peeling. Not happy. The said they would fix it and I could pick it up tomorrow. The people are nice but service not great.

I had the absolutely greatest experience with Cole Kia! The staff was very polite and friendly throughout the entire process of taking care of my car! While my car was in the care of Cole Kia, the staff kept me informed with all information about my car. I would recommend Cole Kia to any one! First class experience. I’m definitely utilizing Cole Kia for all of my car needs.
