Takes advantage of college students or people who don’t have the time or energy to fight for their security deposits. Would advise not to expect your deposits back at all. Besides that some of the workers are nice people.

Read these reviews, I firmly believe that they are all true. DO NOT rent from DCI PROPERTY MGMT they never return the deposit no matter how you leave the unit. Med students have lost deposits, everyone loses their deposit. Properties they rent look nice but DCI is a SLUM Rental Property Mgmt

Completely unreasonable and unprofessional. You fight tooth and nail to get security deposits back even after bringing in a professional cleaner, they show up HOURS late to appointments, they do not return phone calls etc. If you can rent from ANYWHERE else save yourself some trouble.
