Read these reviews, I firmly believe that they are all true. DO NOT rent from DCI PROPERTY MGMT they never return the deposit no matter how you leave the unit. Med students have lost deposits, everyone loses their deposit. Properties they rent look nice but DCI is a SLUM Rental Property Mgmt

Completely unreasonable and unprofessional. You fight tooth and nail to get security deposits back even after bringing in a professional cleaner, they show up HOURS late to appointments, they do not return phone calls etc. If you can rent from ANYWHERE else save yourself some trouble.

Would not recommend this company to even my worst enemy. The agents are rude and they do not care about their tenants. If anyone wants an apt let me know ! You can have mine !!!!!!
