The sales are good, but they make some of the "discounted" things (blue tag)that are only for members, difficult to distinguish from the general sales.

Good selection but very un-helpful and un-knowledgeable staff. The place was apparently staffed all by women and they were too busy talking about their kids and boyfriends to be able to answer questions. When you could get someone's attention they never knew the answer or they would say just read what the box says even though the answer wasn't written on the box. When I got in line to check out it took 10 X longer than normal because the gals had to talk with each customer for 5 or ten minutes regarding personal matters while the manager stood by and joined in the conversations. Boy was I glad to get our of there. I travel the USA and have shopped at many Harbor Freight stores and this by far was the worst for customer help and service I have ever been to. Try to avoid this one if possible.
