Purchased a John Deere lawnmower from this Lowe’s in Bluefield , Virginia. Went back in the next day to pay $1000 toward the purchase on our credit card and was refused. We had all of the paperwork. The lady was very rude. We attempted to pay $1000 twice finally after 10 minutes of arguing with the lady to explaining her That the credit card that we purchased the lawnmower on was the exact same credit card that we were trying to make $1000 payment toward Horrible experience and horrible customer service very rude and ugly. Her name was Summer.

A great Lowe's to get plants. The paint desk is wonderful. They worked with me and even saw when the paint mixed didn't match what the swatch I had brought, so they tried again without me even having to say something.

Always good place to get my gardening products and of course all their services and employees are awesome restrooms are always clean and smell good as well! Love the taco stand that they allow to set up out there once a week as well we shop hours on end here and then go eat right in the parking lot it's awesome ?

If I could get it zero stars I would. No staff in sight for 30 mins. No one wants to do their job. Paged over head to get help, guy came and told us that he couldn’t do anything to try customer service. Customer service unsure if they can help. No one running cash registers. Place is really going down hill.

We paid for fencing installation on February 1, 2024 and signed the contract end of January 2024. Since then there have been 4 different contractors involved. We were given a start date of the second week of March 2024. As of may 1, 2024 we haven’t received fencing materials, fencing installation or actually been given a date that a fence will be installed. We have called the corporate customer service number, installation support, the sales person, multiple contractor companies, the store delivery dept and asked for a callback from the store manager. We haven’t received a callback from anyone that can help with cancelling our order. I did receive a simple text from the sales person saying we have to give up 20 percent for product restocking (even though we haven’t received anything). Next step is contacting an attorney and going through further social media channels if I can’t get resolution. This is not the way to treat a good customer.

Lowe's in Bluefield is a sorry excuse for a business. I've been on hold for 30 minutes to ask a simple question, but every time they answer, they immediately put me back on hold. Don't get me started on in store help. It's like playing tag or hide and seek. I bet Home Depot wouldn't treat their customers like this.

Pretty much have the app shoved in your face for your phone.
The app is "Iffy" at best only working part of the time and slow to load when it does.
The search engine on the app leaves something to be desired as when I am looking for something they say it is in stock, but can be ready in a week. So..its not in stock.
The search engine returns need to be more relevant to what it is I am looking for as well.
