The worst Lowes I’ve been in. 3-4 employees standing around self checkout doing nothing but they can’t open a register to checkout folks with kids or other needs. Pitiful. Also can’t ever get the phone answered there. Call all day always put on hold… Think I’ll start driving to Bristol to home depot considering my last 3 visits to this poorly managed store.

It's a Lowe's, so not much to say about a big box home improvement store. Recently the workers at this location have become much more rude making it painful for contractors who don't have options in this area. I'm hopeful that Home Depot decides at some point to build a location to compete. While fuel is expensive to truck in supplies from HD, it's sometimes worth avoiding the headache of incorrect orders and impolite service.

Usually has what you need if it's in stock but you can't rely on employees knowing where anything is or what it is. I learned the only way to find anything is to use the app. It's not just this store, I have been to several locations up and down most of the east coast and they are all the same. Most of which I went to, I had to inform employees how to look up company LAR accounts

The service has gone down hill my father came in two weeks ago ordered supplies still not in an come in today asked a worker for assistance lady said she didn’t see the worker for the area an did nothing never called for assistance. Seen few other people asking for help was treated the same seen them walk out.

Purchased refrigerator but when delivered it was too small for my needs. Next day went back to the store and explained my issue. They said "no problem". I chose a different one, they picked up the smaller fridge and delivered the larger one 2 days later. I was very pleased with their response and all the employees attitudes.

It's a pretty typical Lowe's store. I just stopped by to pick up some drain cleaner. They carry the only drain cleaner I like. On the occasion that I do need help, like all Lowe's stores, you may have to wander a bit to find someone. But when I do find someone, they are very friendly and helpful.

I have spent the week trying to get in touch with anyone at Lowe's Home Improvement or anyone at A. O. Smith to give me the means to get this water heater replaced. I received the water heater Friday, June 29th. I installed the water heater July 1st. The water heater immediately threw a code: "Error 004 - Lower Thermistor Sensor Failure. This is part of the lower thermostat located above the lower element. The water heater will operate in limp mode until this is resolved. Please refer to the manual for instructions."I called AO Smith, as instructed by the manual. The customer support technician sent a new lower thermostat, despite the fact that the code is specifying that the issue is a thermistor. It only came with the thermostat, no other parts. It arrived and I replaced it on July 5th, 2023. July 13th, 2023, the same code returned.I immediately reach out to A.O. Smith. They instruct me to hire one of their in network technicians to look at it. The company doesn't work in West Virginia and they do not service West Virginia.I called my local Lowe's. in Bluefield, VA, yesterday, July 14th. They proceeded to place me on hold to ask their manager, and then left me on hold for 40 minutes without picking up the phone. So I called A.O. Smith. The person I spoke with states that they never should have sent me a thermostat, but should have sent me a lower thermistor.Today, July 15th, they mail out the incorrect part - an upper thermostat assembly. That isn't even the issue.I have left a bad product review. I have wasted my time calling over and over. I have sent emails.At this point, I believe that Lowe's has robbed me of $800 for a lemon water heater. Both companies are not working with me to exchange this water heater for a replacement, despite the fact that it is less than 3 weeks old.I am demanding an immediate exchange or refund of this product. I will take to every single social media platform until this issue is resolved. I will post this on every post they make until the problem is resolved. I will also be contacting the WV Attorney General's office Tuesday! I'll edit the review if and only if this issue is met with immediate resolution.

Very small store for Lowe’s, therefore, the selection of items are very much limited. Better off to go to Princeton, the store is larger and a better selection, also the employees were more interested in talking to each other then helping especially the guys in hardware.
