I went by this location yesterday to get my passport expedited for travel to the Caribbean. The previous day I had gone in too late so I could not get it done but I was able to set an appointment. Fast forward to yesterday I went in a little before 1:30pm approximately 20 minutes before. Two white women were standing there and I explained to them that I made the appointment yesterday and just needed the passport done. One of the ladies said to me that the lady was on lunch and I would have to come back. Mind you they both can and should be able to assist me. The lady came back and one of the white lady said she did not know what I wanted and did not want to confuse even after I told her that I wanted to get my stuff done.
The lady that came from lunch who was black like me got me right and together and I was out the door in 30 minutes. A big thank you go that lady who did her JOB.
I am glad they did not assist me there attitude tells who they are no matter how much they want to hide it. One of them was wearing a button that says Jesus ma'am please put that button done until you learn the Agape Love because apparently you thought you were better than to serve me.
But nonetheless I got it done !!
I only gave 3 stars because of the BLACK LADY WHO HELPED ME

This I hands down the WORST Postal service anywhere!! The employees are RUDE management is not only rude but completely inadequate! The very motto of the Postal service is rain snow sleet or hail they will deliver mail but this post office took that as to mean in reverse they will only deliver your mail if the weather is perfect if it rains you won't get mail snow nope no mail omg the wind blew I gotta go home I can't do my job and deliver this mail! They are lazy unprofessional and quiet frankly they give the Postal service everywhere a bad name I am reaching out to the inspector general and I'm going to call for an audit so I at least hopeful to see change and a whole new staff at the Cumberland rd locations as for the mail carriers if they can't deliver the mail or they're afraid to drive in bad weather replace them with someone who wants to work!! I honestly wish I could give less stars

I ordered an item from Amazon and it was sent through the post office on Cumberland Rd. for delivery. They marked that they had attempted to deliver the package today at 9:15 a.m. and was unsuccessful. I live on a main street, I have no pets that they would have been afraid of, no obstruction to my property whatsoever. There was someone at my residence all day. They documented a blatant lie. So I called the main number and filed a complaint. I'm not going to pick it up from them they are going to redeliver it for telling a lie. It's pretty low down for a mail carrier to lie like this. They could pretty much get by with stealing too if this type of behavior goes unchecked.

Why are my packages always late!!!!!!!! I am so sick of my packages being delayed by DAYS!!!!!!! And the rude employees deserve the same customer service they provide every where they go for the rest of their miserable lives!!!!!! I'd give less stars if it were an option!!!!

When you get a request, in writing, to hold mail, you are required to hold the mail. My aunt was away for 2.5 weeks, came back to wet, damaged mail stuffed in her mailbox. Poor customer service!

I had a issue with a delivery that was actually worked out not long after..no thanks to the operator Becky she hung up on me over and over cause she didn’t want to help! What purpose is a operator if they can’t even begin to help you? I’ll probably use UPS next time simply because if there’s an issue there is absolutely no way to fix it locally. Becky don’t wanna be bothered she sends you to a website so what’s her job ??? Looks really bad on the post office as a whole when somebody acts like this!

I am tired of the mailman throwing packages at my door or just dropping them. I hear my packages hitting the ground like he has no respect for your packages or his occupation. Then I check my video feed and watch witness what I just described.
